Hi, I’m Vicky
I'm based in Fleet in North Hampshire on the Surrey border. I cover the South of England and London.
As a coach, I partner with busy, hardworking professionals and leaders to:
- Identify ways to overcome challenges
- Develop their sense of self – their style, purpose and values
- Identify how they can support their teams
- Identify how they can support themselves to be the best colleague and leader they can, in the way that they want, that supports them to balance their professional and personal lives
- Recognise and celebrate their strengths, achievements and progress
I am an International Coaching Federation (ICF) trained coach with:
- Diploma in Integrative Coaching
- Certificate and Stress and Wellbeing Coaching
- Certificate in Leadership and Performance Coaching
- Certificate in Career Coaching
- Qualified in psychometric and ability assessment
As an HR professional, I have over a decade of experience in senior HR leadership positions:
I understand the challenges and pressures faced by professionals and leaders. I have also managed my own business and worked closely with many leaders of small organisations, so I understand the unique challenges of wearing many hats and being continually stretched.
In addition to coaching, I have a special interest, experience and expertise in strategy and organisational development - getting and keeping people who are right for your business. People who are engaged, innovative, positive and resilient to take your organisation forward with you.
